The Quarterly Sprint System

Think of your career development like software development — work in sprints. Each quarter, pick ONE major skill to develop. Not three, not five. One.

Step 1: Define Your Destination

Start with the role you want 2 years from now. Write down:

• The job title
• 3-5 key responsibilities
• The skills required
• How your current skills map to those requirements

Step 2: Choose One High-Impact Skill
